Mellor & Co completed plastering and dry-lining works at Ivetsey Bank Hospital in Stafford, including refurbishing existing spaces and finishing newly constructed areas. The 37-bed specialist children’s mental health facility benefited from a fast-paced delivery and consistent, high-standard finishes.

Mellor & Co was appointed to carry out the full internal plastering works for a luxury new-build residential property in Coedway, Shrewsbury. The project involved a timber frame 4-bedroom detached home and separate garage building with office space above.

We were tasked with carrying out the plastering works at the Crowne Plaza, focusing primarily on overskimming the Artex ceilings in the bedrooms, hallways, and bathrooms. This project posed several challenges including navigating an operational hotel and asbestos.
