Our Process: How We Deliver

Each project follows a clear, methodical journey, designed to keep everything on track from start to finish. The following steps show how we coordinate, monitor, and deliver every detail, so you can be confident the job will run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Tender Enquiry

Each enquiry is logged and assigned a digital project folder containing all Health & Safety documents, technical notes, cost controls, pricing, O&M manuals, payment schedules, reports, valuations, variations, and site photos.

Quotation & Site Visit

Our commercial department prices the tender. A site visit is scheduled if required to ensure accuracy and programme clarity.

Negotiation & Revisions

Any commercial or scope-based negotiations take place. Revised pricing or proposals are issued as needed.

Award & Onboarding

Upon award, RAMS and our full Training Matrix are submitted to the client. (This can be provided earlier upon request.)

Programme Finalisation

We liaise with the client to confirm programme dates, phasing, access, and sequencing.

Mobilisation

Labour, materials, and site logistics are coordinated in advance to ensure full readiness on the agreed start date.

Supervisor Briefing

Site supervisors are fully briefed with project-specific programme, H&S expectations, and toolbox talks before deployment.

Live Monitoring

We track project progress and costs in real time using internal dashboards. Any issues are addressed proactively.

Quality Control & Handover

Snagging and quality checks are carried out continuously during delivery. Final handover is supported by completed O&M documentation.
